Agenda:
- President to call the meeting.
- To confirm the minutes of AGM 2023.
- Secretary report for March 2023 to March 2024
- Presentation of the account and financial report 2023 by the Treasurer
- Motion for adoption (if any).
Please note that:
- Only members with updated memberships of the society are eligible to attend and participate in the meeting according to the laws of the society. No proxy attendance or voting will be allowed.
- Members who wish to renew their annual membership can bank-in to SEPA Alliance Bank account: 100 390 010 004 986.
