Notice is hereby given to all members that the NOMINATION FORM AND MOTION FOR GENERAL ELECTION Session 2021-2023 will be held on Saturday, the 20th of March 2021 at 2.00pm, Kinabalu Daya Hotel, 88000, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

Nomination form (in pdf format) can be downloaded from www.sepa.my website, and all the nomination forms must be returned to the Secretary by e-mail to sabahsepa@gmail.com or info@sepa.my .

The submissions of nominations forms must be sent before 4pm, by the 23rd February 2021.

Dear Members,
We regret to inform you SEPA AGM 2020 will be postponed due to the interdistrict travel ban as announced made by Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.

We have been advised to hold off any meetings and social events until further notice. SEPA is obliged to ensure the safety and health of our members.

However, with respect to our members, we would like to inform to all members SEPA will be voting (to remove) on a motion of a change of clause in the SEPA
Constitution of Society under 15.3 –

Neither the Association nor its members are allowed to be involved in the activities of the Labour Union, as provided in the Trades Union Act 1959
